Event news majority of events have been cancelled or postponed-

A recent research investigating the impact of corona virus outbreak over event industry, It has been observed that most of the events have been cancelled or postponed and they event don't know the exact date of their rescheduling .

The research also says that approx 50% of events have been shifted to online and these are events which are of small scale which includes virtual engagement and networking .

Effect over meetings and events -

The main objective after research comes about the impact of corona virus over the industry , the events which are cancelled or rescheduled . 45 % events has been shifted , 25% have been cancelled ,and rest 25% have been still in a dual situation .

Most of the events have been shifted to second half of the year .

Its being the situation that we have to still continue in postponing it though we know that the situation has to overcome .

Productivity is another area that is impacting some event planners- with few having difficulties in keeping teams motivated and rest few are finding remote work challenge.

Virtual Events to be conducted - 

As per the situation the companies are continuously going towards loss , hence its badly needed for them to do a big bounce back which can be done by the only solution that we needed the faster adoption of new technology and faster adoption of new process .The organisation who are quickly adopting this they are immediately bouncing back . 

Plan for the best and prepare for best   .

We need to move with the flow of wind , now as every thing is closed hence only digital world is the place where we can conduct virtual events by having adds, banners and many more options from social media advertising .

Impact of Corona virus over Event Planners - 

It had a very bad effect over event planners as maximum approx 70% organizers now have a lot of time due to the ongoing Covid 19 situation .

Few are focusing on developing their personal skills and educating themselves .

Many are making improvement in their planning and executing processes..

So many event planners are moving their work styles towards using technology and getting business .

Earlier we all were more over focusing over the offline advertising but now this trend has to be abolished and we all have to move towards digital online advertising .

If we all really want to get over this crisis we have to develop a process which will be the source of clients and business generation for us .
